By accessing or using the Services Marketplace mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. You register using your mobile number and a one-time verification code, and you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it.

Organizations and individuals may post ventures and opportunities. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of anything you post. Listings may be reviewed before going live, but we do not guarantee or endorse any opportunity, party or outcome.

Expressing interest signals intent and may unlock contact details between parties. Any discussions, negotiations, agreements or transactions that follow are strictly between the parties involved. Services Marketplace is a discovery platform and is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any resulting dealings.

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including posting false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or infringing content, spamming other users, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

The Platform, its branding and software are owned by Services Marketplace and protected by applicable laws. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform.

We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
